Short description: A project to transform existing cleaning training materials into modern, visually engaging video-based learning.
Project description:
Markas GmbH is an international service provider specializing in cleaning, facility management, and support services for hospitals, care facilities, and businesses. Building on its long-standing use of practical micro-trainings for cleaning staff, the company aims to modernize its learning materials by transforming them into visually engaging training videos or e-learning units.
The project focuses on presenting essential knowledge in a concise, clear, and practice-oriented format, enabling employees to easily understand procedures and apply them directly in their daily work. The goal is to create a motivating, didactically sound learning solution that supports onboarding and skill development. Deliverables include two training videos of approximately three minutes each - or one extended unit - using simple language, effective visualizations, and a strong emphasis on practical relevance.
