Short description: A medieval fantasy point-and-click healer simulation game.
Project description:
Valeirian is a medieval fantasy point-and-click healer simulation game set in the town of Lyfjaberg, where players take on the role of a travelling doctor responsible for diagnosing and treating patients. Through observations and interactions, players inspect different parts of the patient’s body, identify symptoms, and determine the correct treatment while managing limited resources such as time, tools, and ingredients. Each in-game day begins with the healer receiving a list of patient requests, guiding them through different locations within the town.
As the game progresses, players must balance decision-making under pressure, choosing which patients to prioritize and how to allocate their resources effectively. Wrong diagnoses or poor planning can lead to worsening conditions, while successful treatments contribute to the healer’s progression. The game focuses on careful observation, decision-making, and managing limited resources across each day.
