Short description: A project to transform existing cleaning training materials into modern, visually engaging video-based learning.

Project description:

Markas GmbH is a family-run business specializing in cleaning and facility services for hospitals, care facilities, and commercial enterprises. Building on its long-standing use of practical micro-trainings for cleaning staff, the company aims to modernize its learning materials by transforming them into visually engaging training videos. The project focuses on presenting essential knowledge in a concise, clear, and practice-oriented format, enabling employees to easily understand procedures and apply them directly in their daily work. The goal is to create a motivating and didactically sound learning solution that supports onboarding and skills development. Deliverables include two training videos of approximately three minutes each – or one extended unit – using simple language, effective visualizations, and a strong emphasis on practical relevance.
