Short description: We strive to create a safe space for teenage boys to discuss openly about what they encounter online.

Project description:

In this digital age, children and teenagers see a lot of shocking or unpleasant digital content when they scroll on Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media channels. The content they see influences their daily life, and most of them don't have a safe place or person to talk to about this. As a group of international students, we are developing a workshop for high school boys (aged 13 to 17) since they are very susceptible to these influences. With this workshop, we want to provide guidance to teenagers about dealing with online content. We plan to do this through an interactive workshop which is being preceded by some icebreaker exercises and warming up exercises to create a safe space to talk about these contents. This part of the workshop will be followed by some exercises which stimulate teenagers to talk about what they come across online.
