Short description: Soul Trace visualizes emotional wellbeing by turning daily moods into evolving color patterns.
Project description:
SoulTrace is a digital concept that visualizes emotional wellbeing through color. Every day, users select a color that reflects their mood. These entries are collected in an interactive prototype and automatically transformed into visual patterns , first into monthly “soul images,” and at the end of the year into one large “yearly soul image.”
The project combines mood-tracking, data, and art. Instead of numbers or charts, it creates a personal visual artwork that reveals emotional patterns over time. It can be used in therapy to support psychological reflection, in everyday life for self-awareness and mindfulness, in educational settings for children to express emotions intuitively, or simply as a creative and artistic way to make mental health visible.
In short: SoulTrace turns daily feelings into a visual language, a poetic way of understanding and communicating emotional life.
