Short description: Deci Bells is a hands-on event project where students transform a concept into a complete Christmas celebration through coordinated work in audio, media, and event management.

Project description:

Deci Bells is the christmas celebration party of this year's Audio Project Semester. Completely created, planned, and produced entirely by our team. How does such an event come to life? First, we developed the concept and defined responsibilities, so we could split the workload and work in teams such as marketing, organization, audio, video, lighting, sponsoring, artist relations, decoration. We will present how each team approached its tasks—from designing the visual identity and promotional material to coordinating equipment, stage design, and technical workflows. At our stand, visitors can explore our planning process, early sketches, budgets, schedules, and the tools we used to organize such a multifaceted event. Finally, we will sum up how it went and highlight what we learned throughout this project and would do differently in the future.
