Project description:
The Advent calendar “Fit für die Keks’” is a low-threshold fitness project aimed at beginners, advanced athletes, and individuals recovering from injuries. Accessible via Instagram, it provides physiotherapy and training-related content in a simple, understandable format. From December 1st onward, the calendar offers 24 posts: during the first three weeks, daily strength-training exercises are presented through short videos and written explanations, including key technique points, common mistakes, and both easier and more challenging variations. Each week focuses on a different theme—core, legs and glutes; push movements; and pull movements—and is complemented by theoretical inputs on Saturdays and full workouts on Sundays, using formats such as Tabata, AMRAP, or classic sets and repetitions. The final three days shift to running-related content, ending with a 5-km challenge in St. Pölten on December 24, where participants can submit checkpoint photos to enter a raffle.
