Short description: Our maintenance dashboard uses Microsoft Power BI to analyze data from the maintenance software ISPRO and clearly visualize the most important key figures in a user-friendly way.

Project description:

This project focuses on the development of a maintenance dashboard that provides a clear and structured overview of maintenance activities and machine performance. The dashboard was created using Microsoft Power BI and is connected to the maintenance management software ISPRO. The main purpose of the dashboard is to support maintenance teams by visualizing the current status of work orders, including how many orders are open, completed, or currently in progress. In addition, the dashboard displays the number of reported malfunctions and identifies the machines with the highest number of faults within the last 30 days. Furthermore, it includes trend analyses for MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) as well as KPIs related to planned and unplanned maintenance activities. By combining interactive visualizations with automated data analysis, the dashboard improves transparency, enables faster decision-making, and helps optimize maintenance processes.
